Welcome to Boundless Physio! I am the founder and lead physical therapist of Boundless Physio. I completed my undergraduate studies at Rutgers University before earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. For the past four years, I’ve been practicing in Washington, DC, specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. My passion is helping athletes of all levels understand their bodies and get back to the sports and activities they love.

I’m committed to making high-quality physical therapy accessible to people of all backgrounds in my community. When I’m not working with patients, you can find me spending time with my dog, Moose, traveling, playing soccer, or Olympic lifting.
